Is it leather?

Yes all my products are made from full grain leather. I do not use cardboard, PVC or any other artificial fillers to bulk out the leather.

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, a two year guarantee. Any repairs will be undertaken for no charge but in the case of posting an item to me, I would ask for the return postage.

 

How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order and so for belts, please allow 14 days and for bags, 28 days. This is a guide time, I am sometimes able to complete an order faster than this and occasionally I may take a bit longer but I will keep you informed if there may be a delay.

 

Do you make bespoke items?

Yes, I am prepared to consider any designs but sometimes I may say no if I think a design is not feasible or outside my area of specialisation.

 

If I am not happy with a purchase, can I return it for a refund?

Yes, you can return any item so long as it is unused. In the case of belts they must NOT have been tried on. I will then refund your payment but not the postage costs.

 

Do you sell and post your products out side of the UK?

Yes, but be aware that postage costs to some countries can be expensive.

 

Can I see and feel the leather before I buy something?

Yes, send a stamp addressed, A4 sized, envelope to Crispin with a “Large” first class stamp and indicate the type of bag or belt you are interested in and Crispin will send you samples of the leather he has in stock at that time. This is only available for UK customers.
